Because you are going to be shifting your method of calorie consumption you'll want to eat four meals a day instead of three. You just have to learn how to combine them and know exactly when the best time of the day to eat them is.
You don't need to fear looking at the numbers on your scale. And you don't have to stop eating good food to lose those pounds. You need a good solid system of calorie shifting and you're on your way!
