Enjoy Eating We do eat when are hungry.   Some however eat even when they are not hungry.   It is one of the functions we carry on day after day until we live on this earth.   As soon as we are born, we are introduced to the habit of eating in order to quench our hunger.   When we eat, we get energy for the body to do work.   Activities, both physical and mental require energy which comes from the food we eat.   It is not a one-time function.   We have to eat in the morning (breakfast) noon (lunch) evening (snacks) and night (dinner).   That is what an orderly way of eating generally followed all over the world.   The foods we eat vary from breakfast to lunch to dinner.   Although eating is a process followed by everyone, the food we eat is not the same.   Sometimes the main course may remain the same like boiled rice or bread, chapatti or tubers.   We eat anywhere although mostly at home.    There are eating manners designed by various societies so that one can enjoy eating.   Invariably, dining table is the one used to sit around on chairs to eat.   The food will be served in costly China plates or stainless steel plates.   The items to eat are served in a sequence, which is followed religiously.   I remember, in France, the eating food starts with an aperitif – a drink like whisky, martini or beer, hor-de-oef, and the main course of food – meat or fish with some vegetables followed by cheese, fruits or sweets.   Different kinds of wines will be served to suit the food we eat.   For example, if I remember correctly red wine goes with meat whereas white wine goes with a dish of fish.   The eating will not end without taking a small peck of coniacq or coffee.   On the other hand, in simple eating all these formalities are not followed.   The South Indian eating is done either on a banana leaf or stainless steel plates.   The food starts with a sweet or soup.   Rice with various kinds of vegetable curries and dhal, ghee, sambar, butter milk curry or pulicurry, rasam, payasam or sweet or fruit are served.   One has to adjust in eating every item so that they can taste every thing served.   All kinds of tastes – sweet, sour, bitter-can be enjoyed.    Another way of eating is when we are busy with work.   Grabbing something like sandwich or some junks to munch while doing work.   If we ask them in the evening, what they eat for lunch, they can’t remember.   Such is the busy life today.   Enjoy eating by seeing and feeling what you eat!   The food gets digested well and we do get good health.  You can read also cheap clarithromycin
